If the TV Tuner has AUX in, you could use a Blackberry Bluetooth Stereo Gateway. they are ~£20 on eBay. and I am using one in my A8 2GMMI with iPhone.
I select AUX1 on MMI and then it plays whatever the paired phone is playing such as locally-stored mp3, Spotify or internet radio.
