You may want to go for steel wheels with plastic trims 
I remember when I scratched one of my wheels last time before the reurb on a sticking out kerb, god knows how many minutes I spend on my knees by the wheel, and god knows what people thought about me at that time.
It did took me few weeks to get over it, and that wasn't even close to the size of your scuff.
Anyway, guys, what sort of options are we talking about.
I never went with activation some of the missing options, but I dont really know what I may have missing, any examples??
