Hi Scott, what about the cables? I think this happened to mine too and they have snapped inside. The light used to come on on full lock but now on all the time and unplugged and shorted out to no avail and then cut one and soldered new plug on to no avail. Maybe I should just try the other side with a new cable and plug.
