Interesting that the Norosion explanation has a solution which works with their product... lol

Evans is only really of benefit if you start with an absolute water free system. They sell you a product which will de water the system but that then become prohibitively expensive. Which on an old car is nigh on impossible, even if you rebuilt the engine there will still be traces of water somewhere in the cars system.

However I rebuilt my motorbike last year, replaced absolutely everything and am using Evans. It won't cyclically deteriorate (hot and cold) the rubber pipe work (all was replaced) as it doesn't expand when hot.
It won't over pressurize the system also.
It won't corrode aluminium the way water does if the mix is incorrect.
It never needs replacing (if you drain it, you can reuse it)
The system never needs topping up, unless there is a leak.

So on that basis for my needs for my bikes it is perfect but would I use it on my S8....
