Default Interesting few days!

We had a bit of a traumatic few days! My youngest daughter and her boyfriend set of for a few days on Skye, but they had a car crash after hitting a sudden blizzard and a 'white out' when they were almost there. The car is written off, but both of them are OK, which is the main thing.

But then they were stuck on Skye with no transport (they stay at a cottage that her boyfriend's family owns), which isn't really an option as they can't even get to 'local' shops.

So my wife drove up a couple of days ago (about a 6 hour run) and stayed overnight, and drove them all home yesterday.

The attached photo shows how her 'rescue mission' ended!

Anyway, as I said, they're unharmed, if a little shook up, so that's the main thing.
