Ok, so apparently if you replace the J519 Central elec module, you have to run through a basic settings thing for the power steering column adjustment. Mine decided it would only go up 10mm and it wouldn't self lift when exiting the car.
I know the column is fine as it adjusts all the other ways. And it does lower and lift, just only 10mm.
Anyone else had to do this?
