Update on the glass saga
After many phone calls to the idiots on the customer service desk who just follow the proceedure,so much so i could almost repeat their words! I had a response from my complaint finally someone prepared to listen. He has told me to take the car to Audi and has waived my excess too.
Seems auto glass are in a right mess since closing their branches and have taken on lots of new staff recently ...end result we get a sh1te service.
I was offered good will gestures from auto glass and the insurance companies but all i want is my car sorted
So if using auto glass at the mo be aware.
