I used Glasstech, which at the time was just one man, who had loads of experience as he did every job himself. He had the right glue, the cork thingy at the bottom of the screen, knew that a D2 aluminium body must not be moved whilst the screen sets for at least 24 hours, etc.
I was happy with the job he did. The new screen did not squeak, get misted up, or any of the other issues I have heard about when other big companies replace a screen badly.
