No Di electric by its nature prevents conductivity which is ok in places like spark plug boot but not so good on electrical contacts.

The grease that i read about improves conductivity on contacts but at the same time is not conductive across bigger gaps for example between terminals.

Sounds impossible to me but I'm sure I read about somewhere.
