Argh, makes my blood boil and upsets me watching videos like these, and seeing what happened to Oli's A8. 
"£9k in 4 seconds"... for a moment there I had a flashback of sitting at the service advisor's desk at my Audi centre as the girl gave me the estimate to fix my S8 after the health check
