ABS controller Fuse Location??

Guys,

Car will not start, has dreaded warning triangle and message to take to dealer ABS. VAGcom can't communicate with ABS controller module. The car was running, when I replaced the front bumper after changing the turbo the fail occurred. Any help is appreciated.
