Ticking noise from behind the centre console!
As some of you are aware, last year (or was it this year - can't remember now
 ) I had my steering rack replaced and since then I have noticed a ticking noise from behind the centre console.Generally, after the car has started,give or take 10 seconds, you get 5 or 6 ticks, then silence. As you drive the car, every now and again you get the same ticks - sometimes it seems to go on for ever....... Any ideas as to what it could be and if it is a DIY fix?? Cheers
