Annual Meet 2012 - Location & Vote
The Annual Meet for 2012 has been set for the weekend of the 2nd/3rd June 2012 (some will want to travel to the hotel on the Friday evening of the 1st June also). In order to reccy the location chosen and seek out some things to do we really need to agree the location as early as possible - so no time like the present!
3 Options are being put forwards and they are all further North than 2011 to try and make things fair to those who travelled the furthest to the last annual meet (the last 3 years meetings have been held in Lutterworth, then Yorkshire, then Warwickshire, so we are trying to vary the locations north and south) OK here are the choices for 2012 -
