Japanese conversion - where to start?
Hi, long time since i posted here (had a 98 Audi S8 couple years ago) but Im about to buy a 2005 Audi A8 4.2. Thing is, here in NZ (where I moved) there are a lot of Japanese imports and this is no exception.
I know the Sat Nav system is totally diff in Japan and apparently its a separate system in the A8 (takes over the display). Also the Radio is of course set to use the wrong frequency band... I dont want to fit a ghetto Band Expander in an A8.
Where would I begin in swapping over
- Euro or UK type radio control
- Euro/UK Sat Nav but with NZ maps?
