Cleaning Alcantara

To all the detailers out there.

What do you use to clean the alcantara on the S8 seats. I've got some Megs Leather Cleaner which I can't use on the Alc and some other gear to clean the inside of the car.

Any suggestions on what to use and and any cleaning techniques would be appreciated.
