Fitting Front Foglights/Driving lights to Prefacelift?

More for aesthetic reasons - to modernise the look of the front end (posted a previous thread about fitting the facelift bumper but it would cost a small fortune!)

So can front fogs be fitted in the lower section of the front bumper as per the facelift versions? cheers folks
