Solar sun roof contact
Does anyone have a solar sunroof that doesn't work?
If so, I'm after a small electrical contact that I managed to break yesterday (see photos). And the tiny circlip that fits on the end of the brass pin that holds it in place.

Nice one!
It certainly is good to have such a great source of used parts. I've bought loads of stuff from them lately. I'm replacing so much stuff, my car's becoming a "Trigger's broom"!  I have noticed that, even in the last 12 months, more and more parts have become 'no longer available' from Audi. I do worry that as our cars become rarer, even the used parts supplies will start to dry up ... which is one of the reason I'm buying so many parts now. I even bought a spare set of FE wheels lately, partly to give me a summer/winter set, but mainly just in case any of the original wheels become irreparably damaged.

My first experience of A8 Parts was many years ago when I was on my way to the first (?) annual meet at Lutterworth in Leicestershire in my fist '8, a 2.8 QS.
On the way down I had a slight bump in a motorway service station that wrecked one of my rear lights. The only number I had was A8 Tony's and he called A8 Parts for me. They made a detour to the office on the way to the meet, picked up a rear light and, when I arrived at the meet, dropped everything and fitted it for me! Brilliant people!
