Battery box underwater!!!

What a nightmare.... Just went to the S8 which I haven't driven for about a month and it wouldn't unlock so I assumed the battery was flat. Opened the boot and turns out the battery was underwater.
I removed some of the trims and the blue sunroof drain pipe was unplugged from its socket

I think the battery is cocked as its probably been shorting its self for good knows how long but hopefully nothing else is damaged...
