Have you picked it up yet? (sorry can't help with the question, could be a tracker, call them with your reg number and they will be able to tell you if it has one)

not picked it up yet. if its a factory fit tracker then how do i get it to work ? also what do i tell insurance company( i want discount ?)

I think Audi use tracker so give tracker a call and see if they have it on the database. If you tell your insurance guys it has a tracker it may bring down the premium.

Tracker can be transferred to new vehicle owner if previous owner completes and submits appropriate paperwork, then Tracker get in touch with new owner, confirms details , cost etc and Bob's your mums brother

Iirc tracker is a dealer fit option. I suspect what you have with that code is the emergency telephone tracker unit that is fitted if you have one of the tech options fitted for telephone ie they can find you if you hit the emergency number button
