Default hydraulic suspension replacement

i bought a set of bilstein b6 to replace my rear hydraulic setup.i am waiting for the shocks to arrive but they wanting to charge me almost the cost of the shocks for some other things which they claim i need to do the change.
.aluminuim coil spring adapter
.aluminuim shock mount adapter
.hydraulic bypass hoses
are those parts nessasary or dont i need them? the shock mount on the hydraulic shocks looks the same as the ones needed for the new shocks.
how would i block off the hoses to the shocks? would they need a return hose or can i just block them off.

I would imagine you'd need a return hose to prevent damage to the pump from trying to push fluid down the feed line all the time - only a presumption but that'd be my logic
