Default Changing output oil seal.

I saw that my left front oil seal was leaking today, so i wounder how do i remove the output flange? Just remove the driveshaft and knock it out like any other FWD?

The front left seal is the most awkward one to replace as the flange is part of the shaft and that is pressed into the bearing and then there is a circlip on the inside.

You have to drain the diff oil out, remove the driveshaft, three bolts holding the housing behind the flange and the whole flange and shaft will come out.

Then you can remove the circlip, press the shaft out of the bearing, replace the seal... also don't forget the square profile seal which sits between the bearing housing and transmission as this leaks too.
