D2 S8 40V Inlet Manifold 1" Arms Are Here!

Hello guys!

Following the discovery of a broken inlet manifold flap arm, I've been scratching my head for a solution.

I've had parts remanufactured in the past. A contact of mine moved to Portugal back in 2002, and having made contact with him, and explained what I wanted, he was only too glad to help. He's a semi-retired Aerospace Engineer, and knows his stuff.

He will be making a lot of bespoke components for my S8-Powered B5 A4 Touring Car, there's no one I trust more in his field of expertise.

As with most small items, it's not cost effective making a couple. I sent him my broken 1" variable intake manifold arm. He has made me 20. 18 are destined for the United States, and two are for me. It is made to the exact dimensions as the original, though the material is not as brittle. I'm also working with him on the VVT chain shoes, see if he can improve on the originals, which arguably last a hell of a long time, considering the heat and chain friction.

I will be selling these to interested parties, a minimum 20 per purchase is ideal, it will bring the cost per unit to £29.99 posted. I'm attaching some pictures, showing the new part versus the broken one (which my buddy also sent back) he won't need it for future orders, as the dimensions and composition are stored.
