Default Just navigation, no music

Aside from turning the volume down, is it possible to have just the Sat Nav with no other radio or CD functions running in the background? This is for the RNS D system btw.

Yes, its a setting and you can set audio sources to off. Always amuses me as it comes up in German in the DIS as it doesnt have an english translation. Long, long time since I had an RNS-D to fiddle with, but look at menus at an on/off toggle for the audio source or something to that effect..

Glad you asked that question! I have always had to turn the audio source to tv to avoid "unwanted" interference with SWMBO (aka the speed limiter). Of course, when I'm by myself I always play whatever I like, as loud as I like!

Thanks Ian, good to know theres a switch - for the audio source, that is - i will go looking tonight.
