Knock on front suspension

Hi all. I have a slight knock coming from the front passenger side suspension. A friend has had a look for me and we know what the culprits are.

Does anyone have a diagram of the suspension with part numbers on so I can order some replacements?

It's a 99 pre facelift Quattro Sport.

looking at that link it needs the Tie rod end and one of the upper control arms then (front one from memory)
