Hi all,

Looking at selling my A8. (I think!) It's a nicely spec'd model (at least I think it is!), rolling on 20's (with matching Dunlop tyres, none of your cheap and nasty rubbish!). It has a good history, having been a demo car, then owned by the dealer before he sold it to his mate (the guy I bought it from) who had it for years. History is not main dealer, but will come with a new cam belt and water pump fitted for the asking price. Unsure of the length of MOT left, but will put a new one on if less than 3 months. Paintwork is very good indeed, I MAY get the bumpers painted before it sells as they are not perfect, but again, this depends on the price. It's done a miniscule 97k and drives beautifully. Private plate NOT going with the car (It's an '02 reg). Interior is dark grey leather, has auto dimming mirror, electric door mirrors, electric rear blind, sunroof, etc etc etc. Known issues are: The post cat sensor sometimes flashes up a fault code, but this is occasionally and does not re-appear for some time. My mechanic has assured me this is more of a monitoring issue and it certainly has no impact on the running/fuel consumption (which I've been consistently impressed with - it's not far off that of my S3!). The other fault is the 5 button is missing off the stereo head unit for some reason. The spare wheel is full size and has a nearly new tyre.
