Trailer Rebuild

My Dad gave me his old trailer about 2 months ago and it's in need of some TLC.
Nothing special, just a lick of paint and some new boards.



But I'm don't want to go down that route.
I want to do something else.

I spent the last week redesigning it and decided to go for aluminium panels, custom made tail lights, twin doors in the front and double hinged lid and tail gate.
18mm wood floor over the aluminium base with 4 counter sunk tie down hooks.







I'm having issues with the lock on the tailgate.


I like the idea of a garage locking bar.

I'm going to do a bit more research about the locks but I thought it be nice to see what ideas and solution you guys come up with.
