Well the Q7 wheel specs are:
10jx21 ET44 part number should be 4L0 601 025S (or L - only difference is colour code) A typical D3 wheel spec in a 20" fitment is 9jx20 ET46 You will have 11mm less clearance on the inside of the wheel and an extra 15mm sticking out on the outside. THAT'S COMPARED TO THE 20" WHEEL SO IF YOU'RE ON 19s WILL BE DIFFERENT They're going to need to be some massive tyres on those wheels! It's going to knock your speedo out quite a bit unless you go for real rubber band tyres, but I reckon they should fit

I think Q7 has different PCD as well 120 or 130mm instead of 112mm

Yep, center bore is 71.6mm and PCD is 5x130 for Q7
For comparison, carmel120, center bore is 57.1mm and PCD is 5x112 for D3

Yes PCD on a Q7 is 5 x 130 and centre bore is 71.6
