Height calibration problems

So i have put the lowering links kit on my A8, i have now tried to recalibrate the suspension but when i input the reading into channel three it keeps coming up invalid constantly no matter what i do, and now have a constant orange light on in the car and a fault as the badic setting has not been done but how do i get it to accept the third channel?

installed- bluetooth, hybrid dvbt tuner, aux input, finger scan, soft close boot,suspension lowering links
