Wanted - D2 S8 facelift model

I know I'm asking a lot however here goes;

I'm looking for a facelift S8 D2 model;
Iv got about 3k to spend on one;
Looking for a decent car, well looked after - miles unimportant
Planning using as a second/third car & keeping for a long time.
Ideally black but other colours do-able (sorry - I just can't do green)
Ideally no newer than a X reg (for road tax - I grudge it - already own a sapphire cosworth that iv got to pay 220 quid a year to do about 1000 miles in)
Iv got cash here for the right car at the right price.
If anyone sees anything either here, eBay or gumtree please let me know.
I'm based in Scotland but am willing to travel for the right car.

Beautiful car uv got there - unfortunately out with my budget at the moment. Another few months of saving my pennies to be able to afford it.

I am not going ahead with the S8 advertised in Pistonheads because the paperwork did not support the claimed belt change.If you want to make contact use the phone number not the e-mail. Gang warily!

Thanks for the tip off mate, I have however bought a 51 reg car in Ming Blue from Birmingham.
It does have a fuelling issue (pump or piping to fuel tank) which means it gets a bit ropey when less than 2/3rds of a tank (coincidentally that the seller forgot to tell me about)
But it was cheap enough for it not to be that much of an issue.
I hope ur search goes well. I think there's a nice one just been advertised by one of the forum members.
