Just such a shame, didn't look to hard but should be some sort of fines for scrapping some of those cars.

There are some real classics in that list that today would be worth more than their scrappage fees.
MGBs, Morris Minors, Minis, such a shame that they are almost all gone.

Edited the file a bit to make it easier to search out what you want.
I hated the scheme when I first heard about it. Such a waste of cars, parts and everything else. Its a sad list of cars.
