VAGCOm in NE England please?

When playing with the Saab's, we all knew how the lucky folks with the Tech 11 set up were who would sit and personalise all of your cars options for you (alarm. lights. aircon,...) for some beer tokens.

Is there anyone in NE England who does the same please for a 2002 s8?
