Next daft question - VCDS
Hi there
I don't seem to have the secret green menu enabled. If I get it enabled using a VCDS and then update my MMI to the latest version, will this reset and need enabling again? Would an Audi stealer charge me a fortune to do this or should I invest in a VCDS? It seems a lot of cash considering that I'm not planning to do much in the way of tinkering with the car. TIA

Have a look at the VCDS owners list in the forum section and then see if a kind member might be near enough to offer his VCDS to do this
