Air Con Fan

My electric Air Con Fan (the one that is mounted on the back of the radiator) started to squeal. So I got a replacement from A8Parts.

This morning, the "new" fan started squealing!!! A few days after I fitted it!

So, I am back to where I was before.

Does anyone know if I can get the fan motor reconditioned? Or if there is a factored replacement part?

Out of interest, does anyone know how much the fan is from Audi?

Just to add my 2p worth.

My fan was making a rough, rumbling racket at engine startup.

I fixed it by Cable tieing the fan shroud tightly to the bit it's attached to.

A year later it's noisy again, so I took it off, after finding that little plastic pin and lubed it all up. It seemed fine off the car.

Put it back on and she's rumbling away again. It seems to be more of a resonance issue than a motor/ bearing problem.

Anyone know how to fix it, apart from coughing up for new bits of course!
