Help, electric steering adjust gone dead.

A few days ago, noticed my steering wheel didn't move to its parked position when I turned the car off, I thought the adjust switch was off, but it wasn't.

I have opened up both fuse panels at both ends of dashboard but all the fuses are fine.

I'm really lost here and would like to know if anyone has a clue to what's happening.

My car is an A8 D3 4.2 2003
