whos going to be the first to put a LS3 in a 8?

Just been reading up about engines for fun, I have to say I prefer the simpler design of the American pushrod. Plust they sound great
I would love to put a LS3 with a Tremec 6 speed in my S8. Or at least I would love to see someone else do it.
A LS3 is much cheaper than I thought, £4350 from the UK. I guess the real expense would be all the other work to get it into the car.

LS3 weighs 200kg, same as 40V V8? Tremec 6 weighs only around 58kg, thats about 100kg less than a Audi auto trans!

However, LS3 also has a chain tensioner problem, it brakes. Some people have gone back to LS1 chain damper.
