Deleteing rear bumper groove

I picked up another rear bumper a little while ago and started to prep it for paint when i thought about deleting the groove at the bottom, the one that almost looks like a septeration between the top and bottom sections of the bumper (if that makes sence with out pictures)

Yesterday i started this so pictures to follow
