Fitting rsap adapter to 2003

I have the Motorola phone installed in the center console, like most I can't find a sim that will work but in any case I like the idea of the remote acces to my own phone.

What do I need to get the rsap working - I have the rsap looks like gen2 ready.

I got a Talkmobile SIM which works on the vodafone network.
It is only £1 a month for 20 'free' mins which is great just for incoming and emergencies, I can't find where to get that deal now, but you could try their other SIMs if you want one last try.
