As some of you know, the key wasnt being recognised by the car and was suggested that the battery in the fob needs replacing.
Well, due to issues with my leg I have not used my car since Monday and today had to get something from the car. Pressed the door open on the plipper, door unlocks so get what I need. Close the door and press lock on the plipper, nothing. Has the battery gone finally on the remote. Replace the battery with a known working battery and still nothing. Replace the battery in the spare plipper and nothing. Try to lock the door using the key - nope. Puts the spare in the ignition and guess what, car wont start but also the key wont come out........ What to do now ![]()
