Injector upgrades

A recent compression test on my FL S8 revealed an engine in rude health even after 180,000 miles. However, I feel the injectors could be past their best. If I'm going to change them I may as well upgrade them at the same time. Does anyone know what injector upgrades are available and suitable? I'm not too worried about any increase in fuel consumption as petrol in Dubai is only 28p a litre.
