Default D2 2.8 Quattro Sports

As a bloke does I was just looking on Autotrader as I really miss my D2 especially those seats!

Anyway found this one that looks rather nice then noticed what looks like a screen in the centre dash air vent.

Aftermarket iPod job or a dealer fit option?

Plus please nobody tell me a D2 2.8 would be a good car to do 18 miles and day in that gets 30mpg on a steady run

Definitely instead of the vent, if you look at the other images you can see the screen recessed into the vent. Does look like a parrot screen though, with quiet a good installation.

If its not standard they did a very good job of fitting it.

Default Neat Parrot

Definitely a Parrot 9200. Alternative position shown on the attached - even more unobtrusive, and doesn't obstruct the centre vent - or damage it, more importantly.

9200 is a decent bit of kit.. we have one in the X5 that I transplanted from the XC90.

I've seen similar installs that replace the mostly useless centre vent.
