2014 - Annual Meet Prizes
As usual we are looking for forum members to donate items which can be given as prizes at this year's meet please. The exact detail of how and why prizes will be awarded is currently a mystery to the organisers, but never fear we are full of bright ideas, well one of us is anyway
 We already have a number of stunning prizes including vouchers from our sponsors A8 Parts but we need more. So come on folks don't be listing great stuff on auction sites when it can be donated to our Annual Meet prize fest  I will start the ball rolling with my usual bottle of Scottish Product Thanks in advance for your generous offers

I'm a newbie here as you all know and never attended annual meet so maybe a silly question, but what sort of prizes are we talking about, price wise, how many small prizes needed, how many decent, how many BIG ones etc

It varies TBH, we have had anything from M&S Vouchers to a set of four wheels at previous meets, have a look at the previous annual meet threads in this section and that will give you some idea

Anything at all. Some cleaning stuff, sales brochures, carpet mats, tool kits, memorabilia, food/drink, vouchers, car models.....

Current mods: solar sun roof, 20mm rear spacers, 15 mm on front, red brembo callipers, 6k headlights, rear view camera, engine remap, alloy dash dial rings, alloy navi rings, tt/phaeton pedal upgrade, (and custom matching foot rest) dension ipod interface & parrot hands free kit (both fully hidden), av input, tv in motion switched thro' PF switch in blanking plug right of steering column, Audi 'quattro' sill covers, repositioned centre console switches, radio clock, .Planned mods: auto-dimming rear view mirror, dash cam (as steamship's), fit the ski hatch, refit philips drl's (or maybe not - nope, definitely not - horrible botch!).

Some of the prizes will be provided by organisations we have managed to persuade to donate - my local car parts place is donating a tyre pump. Value about £25. But individuals can submit whatever they think is appropriate as the Laird has suggested below.
