Finally the 20s came at last

Hi Guys,

Wallet considerably lighter however I have made the jump to the 20s. When i look back at the 18" Avus that came with the S8 it just does not feel right, anyways it has made a massive difference. Massive does not describe how the car looks. I like OEM and with these alloys it is simply amazing, can't stop staring at the car - now I know the S8's complete.

Are those D2 or the wider D3 wheels, and is your suspension lowered?

Hi, they are the d3 wheels so 275/35/20. Its not lowered does it look as though it has been? I reckon the darker colours make it appear lower than normal?

I'm not sure if it is the colour, but it does look a tad lower than others I have seen. I guess there are not too many D2s with those wheels, so maybe that makes a difference with the offset?

Could just be the angle of the photos though... not sure, maybe it's just me

Anyway, the car and wheels look great

Looks about the same as my PF D2 was to me.. just over a finger's width at the back and about 3 at the front.

They were purchased from a forum member, Original Audi wheels. Tyre size 9J i think. Wheel size is 275 35 20.
