MOD: Plastic surround for air intake hole in bonnet
It has always bothered me that hole in the center of bonnet that is used as part of air intake system looks a bit cheap. Also, I wanted to improve sealing between perimeter of the hole and foam material when bonnet is closed.
So I purchased in Halfords two 'GTmoto Anodised Screen Trims' of black colour. Their intended use is motorbike's windscreen surround. Cat code: 261925-0. They will fit perfectly as surround for that hole. Picture:
