Default Two questions

Two questions :
Does anybody know the telephone number for Audi customer service ?
How can you find out if your car has any recalls due ?

It's on the Audi we site under contact us, but think you have to delve quite deep before they go from a web form to fill out and give you alternative options

Local dealer can tell you if you've got outstanding recalls based on vin but it can be hit and miss. If you know there have been recalls you won't necessarily have paperwork for it in the history - I got a scruffy piece of paper when mine went in

Call your nearest dealer with your VIN and ask for recalls. Alternatively, recalls for your vehicle can be seen in ELSA software.

I just sent them an email using the contact us link on the Audi website, got a phone call back a couple of days later with the reply I was after.

I have a fault with my boot hinge and have been told that Audi should replace it under a recall as it may cause damage if the hinge pin breaks.

Saw a d3 the other day with the front edge of the boot lid sitting proud of the panel on the offside - is that where they go if it starts going wrong?
