I would say not. Looking at Etka the disc size is 314x30 whereas Skoda is 312x25 so a fair difference in thickness.
Calipers themselves are a completely different design. Skoda has a sliding caliper like a Golf whereas A8 does not. Part numbers for replacement calipers for yours should be: left 4d0615107a right 4d0615108a They're not shared (at least not with the same part number) with another model that I can see

Probably best to speak to the forum sponsors about parts compatibility and what else you may need.
You should be able to fit brakes from a 4.2 but not sure what else you might require in terms of hub carriers etc
