Replacement for my 2002 S8
My old friend (171K and other than a new gearbox last year - a faithful friend) is being replaced by this
 It s a 2010 4.2 TDI, just an SE, but with extended leather and the alcantara roof, rear comfort pack, DAB radio and freeview TV. If it lasts as well as my D2, I'll be well pleased. Very impressed by the interior quality and the grunt!

What wheels are you thinking of, genuine Audi I hope?

Disappointed nobody is biting on that one!
The plan is to go for the proper 20" alloys fitted to the Exec for that year, albeit a 20" version of the ones fitted to the D4 S8 might be considered. A good jump from a D2 as well I suspect. Be nice to see if gets to 171k like the D2.

I've attached the Etka info on wheels for your year of car at the larger size end - it at least gives you widths and offsets to consider when looking at genuine or aftermarket wheels Lots of sets on German ebay which might be worth searching for using the part numbers I'm currently on the look out for winters for our new car....
