Thanks Ben for organising this meet, it was nice to meet people face to face and see so many 8'ts.

Yep, great day at Revo. The hospitality was great from all at Revo, I'll certainly attend something similar in the future, but I may not open the wallet quite so easily. And it wasn't for the lack of trying that I can't keep up with you Kid. Though I'll be a bit closer now, that V10 is scary to watch. It shouldn't move so quickly, but it does.

I also just wanted to add to my previous comments about the remap, no change in the fuel economy for me, but the performance change is astonishing. I was worried I wouldn't feel a benefit, but the way the car accelerates out of junctions and roundabouts now is almost a little unnerving. Its that much faster, I'm having to recalibrate my right foot.

i know its hard to do with this remap but try to back off a little on the throttle and maybe you will get better fuel consumption.
no forget that just put your foot down and have fun

OK. Two things
Here's the link to the coffee morning drive out, and I think everyone will agree that you can see we were all being sensible, as you'd expect.

Ten out of 10 there Mike. Am I right in guessing that you'll be glued to the TV for the day.
Unless you have a royal wedding invite, it's the only way you're going to be able to see that dress

There's a Royal Wedding? Who's the queen marrying? Is Phil the Greek Dead?

Will there be cake?
