I have Pirelli p-zeros, didn't have much of a choice as I needed them done that day.

It will save you couple of hundreds each change, maybe a bit more, slightly less grip but wear should be better. Give it a go mate, you wont kill your self on them. They are good tyres and cheap
I think the story behind KU31 was that it is a Korean tyre but developed in UK for UK roads and weather so you can't go wrong with it
Many happy guys in here, plus me, also I can see on regular basis bigger and heavier new ish S classes on them as well same as the Jags and BMs.
