Talking Had My W12 Weighed today !

Well ... an interesting turn up for the Books..

I was at the Calor Gas Center and noticed they have some scales for the trucks so i cheekily asked if they mind weighing me in the car,

So i Fuel'd up Both Tanks Full " Total of 167 Liters of Fuel" and me and the Car came in at 2,365.6 kgs

Nearly 2.5 Tonnes .... i really thought with the dry weight in the book stating "1856 KG" that Fuel and fluids and driver would be nearer 2000kg .....

The chap said they were accurate to with in 10kg ... he also said that this event never took place and ive never seen you before .. "although i am perplexed as to why "

It's probably more to do with what's in the fridge, along with your extra fuel.

For the sake of complete accuracy, how much do you weigh?

I'm shocked I have been telling people it is under 2 tonnes due to being made from aluminium.

Petrol weighs 737.22g per liter
LPG weighs 510g per liter

So based on a 90L fuel and LPG tank (remember only 70L fits in the LPG) there is 100KG.

66.35 of petrol and 35kg of LPG, then the LPG conversion - bet the tank is heavy!

I've got the weight as being 1995kgs from parkers.
