Bose long coding request
Hi all,
I noticed on vcds my long coding is totally missing from address 47 it's totally blank and this may be the reason for my fader/balance issue after MMI update... Is anyone willing to help me with your long coding under address 47 with vcds ? I'd be very grateful Many thanks Ian |

Well after a trip to Audi I am very happy to report they fixed the fault and even updated my maps and MM I software all for £60 .. wow ... if only I'd have used the dealer I'd have avoided a 1k bill for a second hand MMI unit

Sadly yes.. but if I'd have gone to Audi it would have been £60 all in! And I would have avoided the extra 1k ...
And just for reference the long coding for non ANC is 03000 On to change my centre speaker in the dash now that has blown... any ideas on changing this ?? |

I looked in my VCDS logs but didn't have the long coding, had planned to pull it for you this weekend! Centre dash speaker, I think the grill un-clips from above and a couple of screws, had mine done by the dealer though as was under warranty at the time. |

It was at Northampton Audi. I first used London Audi but the service was very poor. So drove up on a recommendation from a Friend. I was very happy with the service, plus the hot desks and free WiFi made the wait much better

Any tips ? What is the best way to remove it? I am guessing it just clips in..
